Position: Revenue Growth Consultant – Clinic Acquisition

Employment Type: Full-time (after successful accelerator)
CTC: ₹7 LPA (₹4 LPA Fixed + ₹3 LPA Variable)

NYRA AI is building a recurring revenue AI platform that helps clinics become more efficient and profitable. We acquire, onboard, and retain clinics on a high-value monthly subscription model.
The Opportunity – Clear 2-Step Growth Path
Phase 1: 2-Month Accelerator Program
- Monthly Stipend: ₹10,000/month
- Intensive hands-on field training across Hyderabad
- Daily clinic visits, pitches, and real market execution
- Structured mentoring and feedback
- Only top performers advance to full-time role
Phase 2: Full-Time Role
- Total CTC: ₹7 Lakhs per annum
- Fixed Component: ₹4 LPA (≈ ₹33,300/month)
- Variable Component: ₹3 LPA (unlimited upside on active subscriptions)
- Top performers consistently earn ₹9–12 LPA in the first year
- Fast-track growth into leadership roles
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily field visits to clinics
- Full sales cycle: discovery, pitch, close, and onboarding
- Acquire new clinics on sprint + recurring subscription model
- Train and support clients for successful adoption
- Manage follow-ups and retention (follow-ups = conversions)
What We’re Looking For
- 0–3 years of experience (freshers with high drive are welcome)
- Strong communication and ownership mindset
- Comfortable working in the field daily (own bike/scooter required)
- High activity levels and resilience to rejection
