We are looking for a dynamic and high-performing Female Revenue Generation (Media) to lead business growth through strategic client acquisition, revenue generation, and high-value deal closures within the media and advertising industry. The ideal candidate should possess strong industry connections, exceptional sales capabilities, and a proven track record of driving substantial revenue growth.
This role is best suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and can build long-term relationships with brands, advertisers, and media agencies.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth through strategic business development and client acquisition
- Identify, approach, and onboard brands, advertisers, and media agencies
- Own and manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to successful deal closure
- Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets with focus on high-value business opportunities
- Develop strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships
- Create and implement revenue generation strategies aligned with organizational growth goals
- Deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and media solutions to senior stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal creative and marketing teams to provide customized client solutions
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within the media ecosystem
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and ensure accurate revenue forecasting
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Media Sales, Revenue Generation, Advertising Sales, or Business Development
- Strong understanding of media, advertising, digital marketing, and brand partnerships
- Proven track record of revenue growth and closing high-value deals
- Strong expertise in lead generation, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented mindset
- Experience working with brands, advertisers, and media agencies is mandatory
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced business environment
