Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for Sales Freshers & Experienced. The role involves assisting clients in identifying and purchasing their ideal properties. Interaction with potential buyers, conducting property tours, maintaining client relationships, and staying up-to-date with market trends are key responsibilities. The role also includes coordinating with the sales team to achieve targets and providing excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Basic understanding of sales practices, customer handling, and negotiation techniques.
- Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage with clients professionally.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities for working in a fast-paced real estate environment.
- Proficiency in basic computing and familiarity with CRM tools is advantageous.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and enthusiastic to learn about the real estate market.
- Fluency in English and Hindi; additional languages are a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in any field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Prior customer service or sales experience is a bonus.
