Role Description: The Revenue Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This role is responsible for supporting and executing revenue management strategies for hotel and resort clients, including monitoring demand trends, analysing performance data, and recommending pricing, inventory, and distribution actions. The Revenue Executive will prepare regular reports and forecasts, collaborate with client teams to implement revenue initiatives, and ensure accurate setup across channels and systems. The role involves close coordination with sales, marketing, and operations stakeholders to align revenue decisions with overall business goals. The Revenue Executive will also contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance processes, tools, and analytic approaches.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including experience working with data, reports, and revenue or financial metrics.
- Knowledge of revenue management principles, pricing strategies, and hotel distribution channels (OTA, direct, GDS, corporate, etc.).
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and business intelligence or reporting tools; familiarity with hotel PMS, channel managers, or RMS is an advantage.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain data-driven recommendations to diverse stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented approach, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple properties, tasks, and deadlines simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business, finance, economics, or a related field; relevant certifications in revenue management are a plus.
- Prior experience in hotel revenue management, reservations, sales, or distribution is preferred, but strong potential and willingness to learn are also valued.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and collaborating within a diverse, high-performance team.
