Role Overview:
The Executive – Revenue & Distribution will support the onboarding and revenue management teams in ensuring seamless property listings across Online Travel Agencies (OTAs), maintaining high-quality content standards, and assisting with daily revenue operations. This role requires strong attention to detail, coordination skills, and an understanding of OTA platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Onboarding & Listing Support
- Assist the onboarding team in creating and managing property listings across multiple OTAs.
- Ensure all property information (descriptions, amenities, policies, etc.) is accurately updated and maintained.
- Upload, review, and optimize property images to meet OTA content standards.
Content Quality & Accuracy
- Perform regular audits of OTA listings to ensure content accuracy and completeness.
- Identify and rectify discrepancies in listings, including text, images, and property details.
Documentation & Verification
- Support verification of documentation for new property sign-ups prior to onboarding.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all compliance and documentation requirements are met.
Revenue Operations Support
- Assist revenue managers with day-to-day operational tasks.
- Monitor and help maintain rate parity across all distribution channels.
- Support updates and changes to rate plans across OTAs.
- Conduct listing quality checks to ensure optimal performance and visibility.
Coordination & Access Management
- Facilitate OTA access requests and coordinate with internal teams for setup and troubleshooting.
- Act as a liaison between onboarding, revenue, and operations teams for smooth workflow execution.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in hospitality, OTA management, or revenue operations (preferred).
- Familiarity with OTA platforms (Booking.com, Expedia, Airbnb, etc.) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic data handling
