Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Revenue Executive located in Mumbai. The Revenue Executive will be responsible for monitoring room occupancy, analyzing revenue data, implementing pricing strategies, and identifying opportunities to optimize income. Other key responsibilities include forecasting hotel performance, collaborating with the sales team, and making data-driven recommendations to improve performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Skills in revenue management, pricing analysis, and forecasting
- Proficiency in PMS (Property Management System) and Excel for data analysis
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail
- Understanding of market trends, competition analysis, and hotel operations
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-departmental teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field
- Familiarity with Mumbai's hotel market is an advantage
