Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated full-time Revenue Cycle Management Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team in Pune City on-site. In this role, you will manage the accounts receivable processes, resolve billing discrepancies, analyze financial data, and process payments. You will collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure accurate financial reporting and a seamless revenue cycle process. This role requires a focus on delivering high-quality support to help achieve company financial goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Revenue Cycle Management processes and knowledge of industry best practices
- Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of fundamental Finance and Accounting principles
- Effective verbal and written Communication skills for engaging with diverse teams and stakeholders
- High attention to detail and accuracy in managing financial data and transactions
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Proficiency with relevant software and tools such as ERP systems and Excel
- Educational background in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Experience in the healthcare or data services industry is a plus
