Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complete revenue cycle including billing, invoicing, collections, and reconciliation for hotel clients
• Handle OTA, corporate, and direct booking revenue tracking and reporting
• Work on systems like Comset, Start Reporting, and Cvent (for contract binding & event revenue)
• Monitor Accounts Receivable (AR) ageing and ensure timely collections
• Perform revenue audits, variance analysis, and daily revenue reconciliation
• Coordinate with front office, sales, and finance teams to ensure accurate revenue capture. 7. Prepare MIS reports, revenue dashboards, and client reporting (US shift)
• Ensure compliance with US accounting standards and internal SOPs
• Identify revenue leakage and implement corrective measures
• Support month-end closing, forecasting, and budgeting activities
  
  
  
  

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of experience in US hotel revenue cycle / AR / billing
• Knowledge of hotel operations, OTA platforms, and revenue systems
• Strong analytical and reconciliation skills
• Comfortable working in night shifts (US timings)
