The Revenue Collection Manager – Enterprise will be responsible for managing end-to-end enterprise revenue collections, optimizing cash flow, reducing aged receivables, and ensuring timely realization of payments. The role requires strong coordination with Sales, Finance, and enterprise customers to resolve billing disputes and meet monthly collection targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end enterprise revenue and accounts receivable collections
• Monitor, analyze, and drive recovery of aged receivables
• Develop and execute collection strategies aligned with business goals
• Handle enterprise customers and channel partner accounts
• Resolve billing disputes, reconciliation issues, and payment shortfalls
• Ensure compliance with GST, invoicing norms, credit policies, and payment terms
• Coordinate closely with Sales, Finance, and Operations teams
• Prepare and present MIS reports, dashboards, forecasts, and collection analytics
• Track monthly targets and ensure timely cash flow realization
• Participate in customer meetings and negotiations; travel as required

Desired Candidate Profile

• 10–15 years of experience in B2B / Enterprise revenue collections
• Strong understanding of GST, invoicing, credit terms, and payment cycles
• Hands-on experience with SAP and advanced Excel
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and meet monthly collection targets
• Proactive, result-oriented, and customer-focused approach

Preferred Skills

• Experience in telecom / technology / enterprise services (preferred)
• Strong reporting and forecasting capabilities
• Leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
