💼 Job Title: Revenue Assurance – Central Ops Manager Immidiate Joinners Prefered

The Revenue Assurance role is responsible for ensuring the completeness, accuracy, and integrity of revenue across business operations. The individual will identify revenue leakages, strengthen controls, and drive process improvements to safeguard company earnings and operational efficiency. 📊💰
🚀 Key Responsibilities
🔍 Monitor and analyze revenue streams to identify leakages, gaps, and inconsistencies
🔄 Reconcile data across systems including CRM, billing platforms, payment gateways, finance systems, and client reports
🛡️ Design and implement controls to prevent revenue loss and strengthen operational accuracy
📉 Develop strategies to reduce or prevent penalties within current business operations
🧾 Conduct periodic audits of transactions, billing, and collections processes
🤝 Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Operations, Finance, Product, and Business Intelligence to resolve discrepancies effectively
📊 Create dashboards and MIS reports for revenue tracking and provide actionable business insights
⚠️ Investigate anomalies and recommend corrective and preventive actions
⚙️ Support automation initiatives to improve revenue tracking accuracy and operational efficiency
✅ Ensure compliance with internal policies, financial controls, and regulatory requirements
🧠 Key Skills & Competencies
✔️ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
✔️ Strong understanding of business operations and sales processes
✔️ Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets/MIS tools (advanced formulas, pivot tables, reporting)
✔️ Knowledge of SQL and data analysis tools (preferred)
✔️ Understanding of billing systems, payment flows, and financial reconciliation
✔️ High attention to detail with a strong control and governance mindset
✔️ Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
✔️ Process-oriented thinking with a focus on continuous improvement and automation
🎓 Preferred Qualifications
🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
📅 2–6 years of experience in Revenue Assurance, Finance Operations, Audit, or Risk Management
🏦 Experience in telecom, fintech, or payments businesses will be an added advantage
