Job Description
Invoicing and Billing:
- Ensure prompt and accurate generation and distribution of invoices.
- Generate and distribute invoices promptly and accurately.
- Verify that all invoices align with contract terms and include all necessary documentation.
- Submit invoices to the concerned person within TAT.
Sales Order Management
- Track the status of sales orders from booking to fulfilment.
- Intimate the concerned person before the due date of sales orders.
- Ensure timely and accurate recording of all sales orders in the system.
- Set reminders for revenue realization on every sales order.
Collections And Receivables
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to accounts payable.
- Implement and maintain strong internal controls to prevent fraud and errors in the AP process.
- Conduct regular audits of AP transactions and processes to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
