Do you have a passion for beauty and the drive to scale operations for a fast-growing brand? Gush Beauty is looking for a dynamic, young professional with 2-3 years of experience in consulting or analytics, along with an understanding of finance, operations, or marketplace management, to join our Founder's Office team.

Your Role:

• Be the Founder’s Right Hand - Provide strategic support and manage high-priority projects to drive Gush Beauty’s vision forward.
• Growth Strategy and Execution - Develop and execute growth strategies across digital marketing, partnerships, and product initiatives.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to implement campaigns that boost customer acquisition and retention.
• Partnership Development - Identify and build strategic relationships with distributors, retailers, and other brands to expand Gush Beauty’s reach. Negotiate and coordinate partnership agreements to drive mutual growth and value creation.
• Project Management - Manage and execute high-priority projects to fuel growth. Work cross-functionally to align resources, meet deadlines, and proactively troubleshoot obstacles to ensure success.
• Experimentation and Innovation - Run and analyze A/B tests and pilot initiatives to discover new growth opportunities. Recommend and implement innovative approaches to differentiate Gush Beauty in the market and foster a loyal customer base.

What We’re Looking For:

• A proven track record in building a brand or scaling a startup from 0 to 1.
• A business school background OR experience in consulting, analytics, or marketplace management.
• A passion for the beauty industry and operational excellence.
• Curiosity to learn and help scale the company.
