Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute HVAC projects (VRF / Ducted / Chillers) from kickoff to handover
- Manage sites, contractors, and site engineers
- Support heat load, unit selection, and drawing coordination
- Prepare & track Gantt charts, project schedules, and milestones
- Handle RA / final billing and project documentation
- Coordinate with customers, consultants, sales, and internal teams
Required Skills
- Strong site execution & HVAC technical knowledge
- Basic heat load & design understanding
- Project planning and billing exposure
- Good communication and coordination skills
