Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Return Lead to manage end-to-end return operations, including claim management, marketplace ticket handling, return receiving, put away processes, and inventory reconciliation. The candidate should have hands-on experience with Unicommerce WMS and strong coordination skills with marketplaces, courier partners, warehouse teams, and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:-
1. Claim Management
- Handle customer return and courier claim processes.
- Manage lost, damaged, fake, missing, and short shipment claims.
- Coordinate with courier partners for claim approvals and settlements.
- Maintain claim trackers and ensure timely closure.
- Analyse claim trends and identify root causes for reduction.
2. Marketplace Ticket Raise & Resolution
- Raise tickets on marketplaces for:
- Return disputes o RTO discrepancies
- Missing items o Wrong product returns
- Follow up with marketplace support teams for timely resolution.
- Maintain TAT for all open tickets.
- Prepare MIS reports for pending and resolved cases.
3. Return Receiving & Quality Check
- Monitor inward return shipments from customers and courier partners.
- Ensure proper physical verification and QC process.
- Identify: o DTO (Damaged Transit Orders), Used/Damaged returns, Wrong product returns, Missing item cases.
- Coordinate with QC and inventory teams for disposition decisions.
4. Return Put away & Inventory Control
- Ensure accurate system entry of returned inventory.
- Manage put away process as per warehouse SOP.
- Coordinate with inventory team for stock reconciliation.
- Monitor inventory variance related to returns.
- Ensure sellable and non-sellable stock segregation.
5. Unicommerce WMS Operations
- Operate and manage return workflows in Unicommerce WMS.
- Track RTV, RTO, customer returns, and inventory adjustments.
- Generate operational reports and return MIS from WMS.
- Coordinate with IT/support teams for system-related issues.
- Ensure process compliance within WMS operations.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Return Operations & Claim Handling Marketplace operations experience
- Hands-on experience in Unicommerce WMS
- Good understanding of inventory and warehouse processes
- Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, SUMIF, MIS Reporting)
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Problem-solving and analytical mindset Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
- Claim closure TAT
- Marketplace ticket resolution rate
- Return processing accuracy
- Inventory reconciliation accuracy
- Reduction in return discrepancies

Educational Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline
- Supply Chain / Logistics certification preferred
