Job Summary
ACME MEP Services is looking for a dynamic and technically strong Retrofit Manager – Chilled Water Systems to establish and lead its chilled water retrofit, revamp, AMC, and service business. The role requires a hands-on professional who can drive business development, manage project execution, oversee service operations, and build a dedicated team to support the company's growth in the chilled water segment.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, ensuring high-quality service delivery, managing customer relationships, and creating scalable processes for long-term business growth.
Business Development & Sales
· Identify and develop business opportunities for chilled water retrofit, revamp, replacement, and modernization projects.
· Generate new AMC, operation & maintenance, and service contracts.
· Meet clients, consultants, facility management companies, and MEP contractors.
· Prepare techno-commercial proposals, estimates, BOQs, and quotations.
· Achieve annual sales and profitability targets.
Retrofit & Project Management
· Lead execution of retrofit and revamp projects from survey to commissioning.
· Conduct site assessments and recommend energy-efficient upgrades.
· Plan manpower, materials, vendors, and schedules.
· Ensure timely, quality, and cost-effective project delivery.
· Coordinate with clients, OEMs, consultants, and internal teams.
AMC & Service Operations
· Manage preventive maintenance, breakdown services, and AMC contracts.
· Ensure timely customer support and issue resolution.
· Monitor AMC renewals and identify upselling opportunities.
· Maintain service documentation and customer satisfaction.
Team Building & Leadership
· Build and lead a dedicated chilled water retrofit and service team.
· Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate engineers and technicians.
· Establish SOPs and technical standards.
· Promote safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Technical & Operational Responsibilities
· Provide expertise in chillers, AHUs, FCUs, cooling towers, pumps, piping, valves, controls, and BMS.
· Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
· Monitor project costs and profitability.
· Coordinate procurement, OEMs, and subcontractors.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
Experience
8–15 years in HVAC/chilled water systems, retrofit projects, AMC, after-sales service, business development, and team leadership.
