</div><div>We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven <strong>General Manager</strong> to lead our team and ensure exceptional member experiences.<br><br>

<strong>Key Responsibilities:<br></strong><br>

<li>
<strong>Leadership & Team Development:</strong><ul>
<li>Recruit, train, and mentor staff to achieve performance excellence.</li>
<li>Set team goals and monitor progress using KPIs, such as employee satisfaction scores and staff retention rates.</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>
<strong>Operations Management:</strong><ul>
<li>Maintain gym cleanliness, functionality, and safety standards, measured by member satisfaction scores and internal audits.</li>
<li>Ensure all equipment and facilities are in working order, minimizing downtime and repair turnaround times.</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>
<strong>Member Engagement & Retention:</strong><ul>
<li>Drive exceptional member experiences, achieving high Net Promoter Scores (NPS).</li>
<li>Develop strategies to increase membership retention, targeting a churn rate below 5%.</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>
<strong>Sales & Marketing:</strong><ul>
<li>Drive membership growth by meeting or exceeding monthly new membership targets.</li>
<li>Implement and analyze marketing campaigns with a focus on ROI and lead conversion rates.</li>
<li>Increase ancillary revenue streams, such as personal training sessions and retail sales, to meet revenue goals.</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>
<strong>Financial Management:</strong><ul>
<li>Manage and optimize budgets to maintain cost-efficiency, ensuring profitability metrics are met.</li>
<li>Monitor daily and monthly financial KPIs, such as revenue per member (RPM) and operating profit margins.</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>
<strong>Performance Analysis:</strong><ul>
<li>Use data and KPIs to evaluate club performance, providing regular reports and actionable insights to ownership.</li>
<li>Continuously identify opportunities for improvement based on data trends and feedback.</li>
</ul>

<strong>Qualifications:<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the fitness, retail, or hospitality industry.</li>
<li>Proven track record of meeting and exceeding KPIs related to sales, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.</li>
<li>Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team-building skills.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and customer service abilities.</li>
<li>Proficiency in financial reporting and CRM systems.</li>
<li>Passion for health and fitness.</li>
