As a Personal Trainer you will help members achieve real results while driving PT revenue and contributing to the overall energy and culture of the club.<br><br>
</div><div><strong>What You Will Do</strong></div><ul>
<li> Conduct personalized fitness assessments and consultations</li>
<li> Design and deliver goal-based training programs for individual clients</li>
<li> Drive PT sales through onboarding engagement and upselling</li>
<li> Coach clients on proper form safety and accountability</li>
<li> Track sessions manage scheduling and follow up with clients regularly</li>
<li> Collaborate with the Fitness Director and front desk team to support club success</li>
</ul><div><strong>What We Are Looking For</strong></div><ul>
<li> Active personal training certification from a nationally recognized organization</li>
<li> Experience training clients in a fitness club or private setting</li>
<li> Strong communication and coaching skills</li>
<li> Sales mindset with the ability to promote training and add-on programs</li>
<li> CPR or AED certification or willingness to obtain</li>
