Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Retired Teacher based in Mumbai. The Retired Teacher will be responsible for preparing comprehensive lesson plans, delivering engaging educational content, and mentoring students. Additional responsibilities may include providing training sessions, imparting life skills, and promoting effective communication among learners. Collaboration with other team members to improve teaching methodologies is also integral to this role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Lesson Planning and Teaching to deliver structured and engaging educational content
- Strong skills in Education and Training to facilitate effective learning and mentorship
- Excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with students and team members
- Experience in adapting teaching strategies to diverse learning needs
- A positive attitude toward lifelong learning and contributing constructively to a team environment
- Background in educational leadership or curriculum development is a plus
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in Education or a related field
