Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow for a Retired position at the Rotaract Club of Adentan. In this role, you will lead key initiatives that align with the organization’s mission of community service and promoting international understanding. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include mentoring club initiatives, guiding project development, building partnerships, fostering collaboration among members, and promoting Rotary values. As a role model, you will provide leadership and foster an environment of inclusion and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, mentorship, and project management skills
- Proven experience in fostering collaboration and teamwork
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to community service, ethical professionalism, and civic engagement
- Understanding of Rotary International values and a willingness to promote these ideals
- Experience in non-profit, community-based, or volunteer organizations is highly desirable
- Ability to work effectively on-site in Lucknow
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
