Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Retired professional, located in Pune Division. The role involves supporting strategic HR initiatives by sharing expertise, mentoring teams, and contributing to the development of organizational practices. Responsibilities include providing insights based on years of professional experience, assisting with policy formulation, and conducting workshops or training sessions on key HR topics.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in Human Resources, including areas such as strategic planning, talent management, and organizational development.
- Strong mentoring, leadership, and coaching abilities with a proven ability to guide and develop teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with individuals across all organizational levels.
- Proficiency in analyzing HR trends and providing innovative solutions to address challenges.
- Ability to contribute to policy development and ensure regulatory compliance based on industry best practices.
- Deep understanding of HR analytics, EEO principles, and employee relations is a plus.
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in HR, business management, or a related field are advantageous.
