Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Retired professional at AGILE PMC PVT LTD, located in Chennai. The role involves utilizing extensive industry experience to provide expertise in project evaluation, consultation, mentoring junior engineers, and contributing to the delivery of high-quality project management solutions. The individual will also offer guidance in civil and structural design, equipment assessments, and technical advisory services, adhering to industry standards and practices.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in Project Management Solutions and capability in strategic planning.
- Expertise in Civil and Structural Design Engineering and equipment evaluations.
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and team guidance skills to support and develop junior engineers.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities within technical and engineering domains.
- Proven communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and consultation.
- Proficiency in relevant design tools, software, and methodologies is a plus.
- Previous experience in a leadership or senior management role within the engineering or project management sector is highly desirable.
