Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid Retire role based in Hong Kong SAR, with the possibility of working remotely for part of the week. The role involves assisting with customs clearance processes, reviewing documentation, providing customs-related consultation, and supporting clients in dispute resolution. The Retire role requires collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure compliance and efficiency in all customs-related operations.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of customs clearance processes, regulations, and documentation
- Experience in providing consultations on customs and trade compliance matters
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills for handling customs conflict resolution
- Attention to detail and capability to manage administrative tasks efficiently
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating with teams across locations
- Familiarity with customs processes in the region is a plus
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Business, or a related field is preferred
