About Rethink LabRethink Lab is a digital product agency helping startups validate, design, and launch their MVPs fast. We partner with founders to create market-ready products through clear strategy, AI-powered design workflows, and lean execution.We're looking for a UX/UI Designer who can turn complex ideas into simple, usable, and beautiful digital experiences. You'll work closely with Product Managers, Developers, and Founders to bring early-stage products to life.ResponsibilitiesConduct user research, competitor benchmarking, and usability auditsCreate wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designsCollaborate with PMs and Engineers to align design with business and tech constraintsWork with design systems or build one from scratch where necessaryDeliver responsive designs optimized for both web and mobileApply visual hierarchy, color theory, typography, and spacing principles consistentlyPresent designs and rationale to internal teams and clientsIterate based on feedback and usability insightsRequirements2-4 years of experience in UX/UI Design for web and mobile platformsStrong portfolio showcasing both UX thinking and UI executionProficient in Figma (required) and other tools like Adobe XD, Sketch, or AI-based design toolsUnderstanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility best practicesAbility to communicate design decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholdersComfortable working in fast-paced, startup-style environments with shifting prioritiesNice to HaveExperience designing SaaS products or MVPsFamiliarity with AI tools like Uizard, V0.dev, Relume, etc.Basic understanding of HTML/CSS or frontend collaborationExperience in lean UX and design sprints
