Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India, for a Retention Specialist. The Retention Specialist will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and implementing strategies to retain and renew existing clients. Day-to-day tasks include resolving customer concerns in a timely manner, gathering insights to improve client experiences, and providing analytical reports on client retention metrics. The role also involves effective communication to enhance trust and address customer needs.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Retention and Customer Satisfaction management skills
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
- Sound Analytical Skills for interpretation of customer data and formulation of retention strategies
- Problem-solving capabilities and a customer-centric approach
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
- Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus
