We’re Hiring: Retention Marketing Specialist (D2C | Food/Wellness)
Location: Noida (In-office)
At The Cinnamon Kitchen, we’re building a brand that people don’t just try once, but keep coming back to.
We’re looking for someone who can help us turn customers into repeat customers through strong retention systems.
Role Overview
This is a data + execution role focused on retention across email and WhatsApp.
What you’ll own
• Build and manage customer cohorts (first-time, repeat, inactive, high-value, etc.)
• Plan and execute lifecycle journeys:
- Welcome flows
- Post-purchase journeys
- Win-back campaigns
- Replenishment reminders
- Own email and WhatsApp campaigns end-to-end
- Track and analyse:
- Repeat purchase rate
- Revenue from CRM
- Campaign performance (open rate, CTR, conversions)
- Work closely with content and design teams
- Identify opportunities to improve retention across the website and funnel
What we’re looking for
• 2–5 years of experience in D2C retention / lifecycle marketing
• Experience in food, wellness, or premium consumer brands
• Hands-on experience with tools like:
- Klaviyo / Netcore (Email)
- Interakt / Wati (WhatsApp)
- Strong understanding of customer behaviour, segmentation, and repeat journeys
You’ll do well if you
• Think in terms of cohorts, not just campaigns
• Focus on customer behaviour, not just messaging
• Are comfortable in a fast-paced setup
• Can balance data with intuition
Compensation
₹7–9 LPA (based on experience and fit)
