🚨 We’re Hiring | Senior Retention Marketing Manager

📍 Location: New Delhi
💼 Experience: 4–8 years
💰 CTC: ₹20–25 LPA
🏢 Industry: Fashion / Lifestyle (D2C)
✨ What you’ll do:
• Own CRM platform (MoEngage/WebEngage or similar) end-to-end
• Build lifecycle journeys: onboarding → power users → win-back
• Drive segmentation, cohort analysis & A/B testing
• Optimize CRM calendar & improve revenue efficiency
• Create omnichannel journeys (online ↔ offline/store)
• Manage website engagement, personalization & conversion optimization
🎯 Looking for:
• Strong hands-on experience in CRM/Retention marketing
• MoEngage expertise (preferred)
• Experience with website analytics, user journeys & CRO
• Experience in lifestyle/D2C brands is a plus
• Data-driven thinker who can execute independently
