We are looking for a Retention Marketing Manager to drive customer engagement, repeat purchases and lifecycle marketing initiatives across D2C channels. The role will focus on CRM campaigns, customer journeys, automation, segmentation and improving retention metrics across the customer lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage lifecycle campaigns including welcome flows, cart recovery, post-purchase, win-back and reactivation journeys.
Execute retention campaigns across Email, WhatsApp, SMS and CRM platforms.
Build customer segments based on behavior, purchase history, frequency and engagement.
Drive repeat purchase rate, customer retention and LTV growth.
Support cross-sell, upsell and bundle campaigns to improve AOV.
Work on loyalty, referral and customer engagement initiatives.
Track retention KPIs, campaign performance and run A/B experiments.
Coordinate with Growth, Brand, Performance and CX teams.
Preferred Experience:
2–5 years in Retention, CRM, Lifecycle or Growth Marketing within D2C brands.
Hands-on experience with tools like WebEngage, MoEngage, CleverTap, Klaviyo, Wati, AiSensy or similar.
Understanding of customer lifecycle, segmentation, automation and retention strategies.
Experience in consumer brands, e-commerce or fast-growing D2C businesses preferred.
