Role Overview
As a
Retention Marketing Intern, you'll work closely with the team to support multi-platform campaign execution on WhatsApp and beyond. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain exposure to real-world marketing automation, campaign analysis, and platform operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in creation and management of WhatsApp message templates across 5+ vendor portals (e.g., Gupshup, karix, etc.)
- Coordinate with internal and external teams for Meta template approvals, categorization tracking, and compliance
- Monitor and report on template statuses such as paused, rejected, deleted, or recategorized by Meta
- Maintain structured documentation of template lifecycle across platforms
- Support the team in organizing campaign performance data and vendor-related metrics
- Contribute to process improvements and automation ideas to increase operational efficiency

Who You Are
- Recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields

- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, dashboards, and documentation
- Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
- Prior work experience in marketing would be a plus but not mandatory.
