Job details:
- Plan and execute retention campaigns across Email, WhatsApp, SMS, and push notifications
- Own customer lifecycle journeys: onboarding, repeat purchase, win-back, reactivation
- Set up and manage automated flows (welcome series, abandoned cart, post-purchase, replenishment, etc.)
- Segment customer data based on behavior, purchase history, and engagement
- Work closely with CRM, performance marketing, and content teams
- Analyze campaign performance (open rates, CTR, repeat rate, LTV, churn) and optimize regularly
- Coordinate with design and copy teams for creatives and messaging
- Support loyalty programs, referral campaigns, and offers
- Ensure brand tone and consistency across all customer communication
