Job details:

Plan and execute retention campaigns across Email, WhatsApp, SMS, and push notifications
Own customer lifecycle journeys: onboarding, repeat purchase, win-back, reactivation
Set up and manage automated flows (welcome series, abandoned cart, post-purchase, replenishment, etc.)
Segment customer data based on behavior, purchase history, and engagement
Work closely with CRM, performance marketing, and content teams
Analyze campaign performance (open rates, CTR, repeat rate, LTV, churn) and optimize regularly
Coordinate with design and copy teams for creatives and messaging
Support loyalty programs, referral campaigns, and offers
Ensure brand tone and consistency across all customer communication
