Role Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and empathetic Retention Marketing Associate to Own customer retention, repeat rate, and LTV at Cumin Co. Build systems that turn first-time buyers into loyal brand advocates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own repeat rate, LTV, and time-to-second-purchase.
- Build lifecycle journeys across Email, WhatsApp, SMS, and onsite.
- Drive cross-sell, bundles, upsell, and win-back programs.
- Scale loyalty & referral engine (Cumin Circle).
- Run cohort analysis and experimentation to improve retention.
- Work with CX & Product to convert feedback into action
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- 1+ years in D2C retention / CRM / lifecycle marketing.
- Hands-on with Email & WhatsApp automation
- Strong analytical and experimentation mindset
- Experience with high-AOV or low-frequency products preferred
- Proficiency in MoEngage platform
