We are building a premium, technology-first platform that combines speed, personalization, and design excellence. To keep our growing customer base engaged and loyal, we are looking for a Retention Manager to own the full customer lifecycle and drive long-term brand love.
Role Overview
We need a Retention Manager with proven experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or customer retention. You will own our retention strategy end-to-end — from loyalty programs to churn prevention — working directly with our marketing and product teams to maximize customer lifetime value across every touchpoint.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement customer retention strategies and loyalty programs
• Monitor customer engagement and identify churn risks
• Analyze customer data, feedback, and retention metrics
• Design and execute email, SMS, app, and CRM campaigns
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer support teams
• Improve customer onboarding and lifecycle communication
• Track KPIs such as retention rate, repeat purchases, churn rate, and CLV
• Create personalized customer experiences to boost loyalty
• Conduct market and competitor analysis for retention initiatives
• Prepare regular performance reports and recommendations
Requirements & Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
• Proven experience in customer retention, CRM, or lifecycle marketing
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with CRM tools and customer engagement platforms
• Excellent communication and project management abilities
• Understanding of customer journey mapping and segmentation
• Ability to work with data and derive actionable insights
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in E-Commerce, Retail, SaaS, or D2C brands
• Knowledge of automation tools and customer analytics platforms
• Familiarity with loyalty and rewards programs
