Job Title: Retention Head – North (Authorised Partner Service)
Location: Delhi
What you will do:
The Retention Head will be responsible for driving revenue growth, ensuring partner retention, and delivering a superior service experience for Authorized Partners (APs) / Franchisees in the assigned region. The role requires meeting revenue targets, proactively engaging APs, and ensuring they receive the highest level of support to maximize their business potential.
Key Responsibilities:
Revenue Generation & Business Growth
- Own and achieve assigned revenue targets by increasing business from existing APs.
- Drive consistent growth in trading volumes and revenue contribution from the AP network.
- Work closely with APs to unlock business potential, ensuring higher productivity and profitability.
- Support and guide APs in effectively cross-selling financial products (insurance, mutual funds, etc.) to their customers, helping them enhance their revenue potential.
- Continuously analyse revenue trends and take corrective actions to improve financial performance.
Partner Retention & Engagement
- Develop and execute strategies to retain high-value APs and minimize attrition.
- Strengthen relationships with APs through regular engagement, business support, and performance reviews.
- Identify at-risk partners and implement proactive interventions to retain them.
Service Excellence & Partner Support
- Ensure the highest level of service delivery to APs, addressing their concerns efficiently.
- Work closely with internal teams to streamline onboarding, payouts, operational support, and issue resolution.
- Act as point of contact for APs, ensuring a seamless experience and strong long-term relationships.
Competitive Intelligence & Risk Mitigation
- Monitor competitor activities and ensure APs remain committed to the company.
- Develop counter-strategies, including incentive structures and service enhancements, to prevent AP migration.
- Analyse reasons for AP attrition and implement measures to improve retention.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Track and analyse partner retention rates, revenue growth, and service quality metrics.
- Provide regular business reports and actionable insights to the National Head – Retention.
- Implement data-driven strategies to improve overall business performance in the assigned region.
Regulatory & Compliance Adherence
- Ensure strict adherence to regulatory and procedural compliance, ensuring that all APs operate in line with SEBI, IRDAI, and other relevant regulatory guidelines, industry standards, and company policies.
- Work closely with internal teams to address any regulatory concerns and proactively identify and mitigate compliance risks to maintain the company's integrity and minimize exposure to legal or financial penalties.
Who you are:
- Experience: 10-15 years in Broking/Wealth/Financial Services, with expertise in Broking or cross selling broking in banks or wealth with partnership management or B2B.
- Proven track record of achieving business and revenue targets.
- Strong ability to deliver a high-quality partner experience.
- Deep understanding of equity, derivatives, and financial products.
- Experience in managing teams and working with multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to build strong partner relationships and resolve
- concerns effectively.
- Data-driven approach to decision-making and on-ground execution.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and the regional language is preferred.
