Role:
We need marketing executives to handle the sending of various company communications including email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messages. While the main job will be to manage these regular communications, you will have opportunities to learn new marketing skills and do creative work as well.
Key responsibilities:
● Manage the sending of various daily communications using Mo-engage and other marketing software. These include email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messages. They must be done correctly without error.
● Own and drive the repeat revenues and LTVs for customers
● Design and execute retention campaigns for mobile web, apps, and web platforms
● Developing and managing the Retention Strategy to optimize Key Performance Indicators including customer lifetime values, retention/churn levels, and average revenue per player
● Responsible for segmentation of the customers based on their behavior.
● Creation and implementation of an optimized daily/weekly/monthly campaign program tailoring communication to different customer segments identified through CRM tool.
● Work closely with Analytics and tech team for building required retention functionalities
● Generate and circulate the weekly monthly retention reports to various stakeholders
● Prepare weekly newsletters and promotional emails.
● Maintain a dashboard of all communications.
Requirements:
● 1+ years of experience with Mo-Engage or some other email or mobile marketing software (Mailchimp, Clevertap, Netcore, Mixpanel, Hubspot, etc.)
● Should have experience in Planning, Handling & executing CRM campaigns with a deep understanding of customer lifecycle, purchase habits, loyalty, personalization, and analytics
● Should have prior experience in managing all channels of CRM including SMS, email, push/web notifications, direct mail, in-app and on-site
● Strong grammar, spelling, and punctuation so you can send out content without needing a proofreader.
