Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end Online Reputation Management (ORM) by ensuring prompt responses to customer queries across email and social media platforms. Identify recurring customer concerns and escalate them to the relevant teams for resolution.
- Execute retention and remarketing campaigns across various channels, including email, SMS, WhatsApp, ensuring timely rollout and accurate messaging.
- Conduct campaign setup and thorough pre-launch testing to ensure all links, creatives, and communication materials are error-free. Maintain quality control to prevent any discrepancies.
- Track campaign performance, ORM sentiment, and customer insights, compiling weekly reports to assess effectiveness and identify improvement areas.
- Assist in brainstorming and refining campaign hooks, communication, and creatives to align with the overall retention strategy and customer engagement goals.
- Support customer segmentation efforts to ensure personalized messaging reaches the right audience, while also coordinating with creative and content teams for timely asset delivery.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
- Proficiency in ORM tools, CRM platforms, and marketing automation software to manage customer interactions and track performance metrics efficiently.
- Strong analytical skills to monitor campaign effectiveness, interpret customer insights, and optimize strategies based on data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to craft engaging responses, create compelling campaign messaging, and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy and adherence to timelines.
- A creative and strategic mindset to ideate customer-centric campaigns, develop impactful messaging, and enhance brand engagement across touchpoints.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first approach to handling concerns, improving retention strategies, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
