About the role
Position Overview: We are seeking a creative and talented Designer Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing dashboard as well as various marketing materials such as social media video posts, and other visual assets. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with 0 to 2 years of experience in graphic design to grow and develop their skills in a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design our core product - dashboard. Talk to users to gather input.
* Design our website.
* Create visually appealing graphics and images for use on social media platforms.
* Collaborate with the team to develop design concepts and strategies that align with the company's branding and marketing objectives.
* Assist in maintaining and organizing the company's design system.
Qualifications:
* Must have a portfolio.
* 1+ years of design experience ideally with 2+ years working on web-based products
* Has strong visual taste and style
* Can collaborate and communicate effectively with our team and our customers
* Is an expert in using Figma and has a passion for design tools and what they can unlock
* Is a scrappy self-starter, and can own the E2E design process without the support of a large org
* Is self-motivated and can roll with the punches in a fast-paced environment where priorities and requirements may change frequently
* Is 100% product and customer-obsessed
