🚀 Founding SDE Intern @ RetainSure Location: Remote / Bengaluru Stipend: INR 20,000 - INR 40,000 (based on skills) Duration: 6 months (Full-time) PPO CTC: ₹12–18 LPA (based on performance) Start Date: Immediate About RetainSure We're building an AI co-pilot for customer success teams — helping B2B SaaS companies proactively manage accounts, prevent churn, and drive expansion. We're looking for a Full-stack engineer intern to join us at the ground level and help shape the product, tech, and team from day one. What You'll Do Own features end-to-end across the stack — from APIs to UI Work closely with the founder & CTO on architecture, infra, and product Build core modules of the RetainSure product Experiment with AI workflows to extract insights from text, product data, and conversations Tech Stack Frontend: React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript Backend: Python, FastAPI, SQLAlchemy, Pandas, REST APIs Data & Infra: PostgreSQL, AWS, Docker, Clickhouse What We're Looking For Solid skills in React and modern JavaScript Good with Data Structures and Algorithms Hands-on experience with Python, REST APIs, and ORMs (SQLAlchemy preferred) Comfortable switching between frontend, backend, and basic infra Curious, self-driven, and excited about building from scratch Prior startup or project-building experience is a huge plus
