Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies (job portals, social media, referrals, etc.)
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit
- Coordinate interviews with stakeholders and ensure timely feedback
- Maintain candidate pipelines and talent databases
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Negotiate offers and manage the offer rollout process
- Track recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, etc.)
- Stay updated on industry trends and best hiring practices
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and hiring platforms
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple roles and stakeholders simultaneously
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Strong negotiation and decision-making skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience hiring across multiple domains (IT, Sales, Operations, Creative roles etc.)
- Knowledge of employer branding and recruitment marketing
- Experience with bulk hiring or campus recruitment
