Position: Corporate Legal & Litigation Counsel
Experience: 7–8 years (Post Qualification Experience)
Key Responsibilities
- The selected candidate will be responsible for handling a broad spectrum of legal matters, including:
- Corporate legal advisory and commercial contracting
- Civil and commercial litigation across various forums
- Recovery proceedings, arbitration, and dispute resolution
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements and legal documents
- Advising business teams on legal and regulatory matters
- Coordinating with external counsel and managing ongoing litigation
- Supporting legal strategy for business transactions and operations
- Preferred Candidate Profile
We Are Looking For Someone Who
- Has 7–8 years of relevant post-qualification experience in corporate legal and litigation.
- Has strong drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills.
- Is comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Can independently handle complex legal matters while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience with NBFCs, Banks, FinTechs, or the BFSI sector will be a significant advantage.
- Exposure to lending, recovery, regulatory compliance, and commercial dispute management will be preferred.
