About the Role: Work from Office in Gurgaon
Overall Responsibilities:
- Accountable/Outcome orientation: Independently responsible for search on leadership mandates. Drives search strategy on relevant industry, market, and organizations to find the best talent pool for our clients
- Communication/Presentation: Develop talent maps, industry/company white papers, deliver findings via presentations to internal and external stakeholders; Presents to leadership of global and Indian companies
- Project Execution: Individually and with teams, deliver on multiple large, complex engagements aligned to revenue and client experience goals
Who you are:
- An early to mid-management executive with 4+ years of experience in consulting/advisory, research, executive search, or any related field
- Experience in the business services domain. You should have project management and client engagement experience.
- Constant learners. Intellectually curious and have the desire to quickly develop “generalist” knowledge
- Self-driven and skilled at working both independently and in a team environment
- Strong business communications skills
- MS Office power user
- Bachelor's in management, economics, math or sciences. A master’s would be preferred
