Senior Software Engineer (Backend) for Retail Media/Ad Tech (m/f/d)

As a Senior Software Engineer (Backend), you will play a key role in developing our product and shaping our company. At this stage, every line of code, every architectural decision, and every optimization has a direct impact on our success. For example, you will design and build reliable, scalable features that solve real-world customer needs. Design, build, and optimize services in Go (OpenAPI, Docker, Kubernetes). Ensure reliability & scalability of high-performance 24/7 availability systems. Work with cross-functional teams (engineers & product) to ship impactful features. Make pragmatic decisions on tools, tech, and trade-offs to keep things lean & cost-effective. Optimize data-heavy applications using Kafka, BigQuery, PostgreSQL, and Redis.
