Proficiency in basic SQL skills for data retrieval and analysis. Experience in researching and analyzing logs to identify issues and trends. Excellent Communication (Written and Speaking) skills. A genuine passion for ensuring customer success. Good Working knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power point ) Nice to have Experience in working ticketing tools. Passion for using software products and improving the user experience.
