JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Backend Development & Learning:
Assist in developing and maintaining backend services using Java & Spring Boot.
Design and build RESTful APIs and integrate them with databases.
Work on minor bug fixes, enhancements, and small feature implementations.
AI & Productivity Enhancement:
Explore and use AI-driven coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT) to improve efficiency.
Be open to experimenting with AI-powered automation in development workflows.
Collaboration & Teamwork:
Work closely with senior engineers for guidance and mentorship.
Understand business and technical requirements by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Willingness to help the team in any challenges and contribute to team success.
