Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sourcing Manager in the High Street | Retail Vertical, located in Bengaluru / Mumbai & NCR . The Sourcing Manager will be responsible for managing high-street retail sourcing activities, vendor negotiations, and category management. The role includes building and maintaining supplier relationships, collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand procurement needs, and ensuring compliance with sourcing policies. The Manager will also perform market research to identify trends and new sourcing opportunities while optimizing costs and enhancing value for the company.
Qualifications
- Expertise in vendor negotiations, supplier relationship management, and category management
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes, sourcing methodologies, and market analysis
- Excellent communication, stakeholder collaboration, and negotiation skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to perform in-depth market research
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines efficiently
- Proficiency in using procurement tools and relevant technologies
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Experience in the real estate or retail sector is a plus
