About the Role
We are looking for a Retail Talent Acquisition Intern who will support the HR team in hiring for retail roles across stores. This internship is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, candidate coordination, and retail hiring processes.
You will work closely with the HR and retail teams to help identify, screen, and coordinate candidates for store positions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing candidates for retail store roles through job portals
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update the candidate database and hiring trackers.
- Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms.
- Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules and feedback.
- Support the HR team in day-to-day recruitment activities.
What We’re Looking For
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
