Position: Retail Supervisor / Store Supervisor (Retail Operations)
Type: Hourly contract
Compensation: $7-$11/hr
Location: Remote
Commitment: 2 Weeks
Role Responsibilities
- Interpret store operations, sales data, and floor activities to create realistic retail management scenarios
- Supervise day-to-day retail operations including staffing, scheduling, and task allocation
- Analyze sales targets, performance metrics, and store reports for operational insights
- Develop structured use cases based on real-world retail floor management and customer interactions
- Handle customer issues, escalations, and service quality improvements
- Review and validate outputs for accuracy, feasibility, and alignment with retail operations
- Collaborate with teams to improve store performance and operational workflows
Requirements
- High school diploma or bachelor’s degree depending on market requirements
- Strong understanding of retail store operations and floor management
- Experience in retail stores, specialty retail, fashion, electronics, or chain store environments
- Knowledge of sales targets, reporting, and store KPIs
- Strong leadership, team supervision, and communication skills
- Ability to manage customer interactions and resolve issues effectively
Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience in team supervision and staff scheduling
- Strong target tracking and sales performance management
- Customer issue handling and escalation management
- Knowledge of merchandising and in-store display strategies
- Familiarity with retail systems and reporting tools
