Position: Retail Store Manager
Location: Bangalore
Salary: ₹25,000–₹30,000/month
Experience: 2–4 years
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily store operations & attending customers
- Supervise staff and ensure great customer experience
- Handle billing, stock, and visual merchandising
- Maintain reports, cash handling & store hygiene
Requirements:
- 2+ years retail/store management experience
- Good communication (English , Hindi & Kannada)
- Basic Excel & POS knowledge
- Flexible with weekends/shifts
