We're looking for an experienced and passionate Store Manager to lead our team at The Arvind Store — one of India's most trusted retail destinations for premium fabrics, ready-to-wear, and lifestyle products.
What you'll do
- Own end-to-end store operations — sales, visual merchandising, inventory, and customer experience
- Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing floor team
- Drive revenue targets and monitor KPIs to ensure consistent growth
- Ensure brand standards, store hygiene, and compliance are always met
- Build lasting relationships with customers to drive loyalty and repeat business
- Collaborate with regional teams on campaigns, launches, and seasonal planning
What we're looking for
- 4–8 years of retail experience, with at least 2 years in a store leadership role
- Strong people management and communication skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Familiarity with fashion/lifestyle retail preferred
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic retail analytics
- A customer-first mindset with a flair for building a warm, premium in-store experience
