Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Retail Store Manager located in Mumbai, T2 Airport. The Retail Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, including staff management, inventory control, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Responsibilities include managing resources effectively, achieving sales targets, maintaining merchandise displays, and implementing retail loss prevention measures. The Retail Store Manager will also be responsible for cultivating strong customer relationships and fostering a collaborative team environment.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to ensure exceptional shopping experiences and build customer loyalty
- Strong interpersonal and Communication skills to manage staff, resolve customer inquiries, and convey updates effectively
- Expertise in Store Management, including inventory control and staff training, to ensure smooth store operations
- Understanding and application of Retail Loss Prevention techniques to minimize inventory shrinkage
- Leadership capabilities and team-building skills to motivate and guide the store team
- Proficiency in problem-solving and decision-making under fast-paced retail circumstances
- Previous experience in retail management or a customer-facing role is preferred
- Degree or diploma in business administration, retail management, or a related field is advantageous
