Role Description:

The Rack is seeking a full-time Retail Store Manager for its on-site location in the Pune District. The role involves overseeing daily store operations, managing a team, ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service, and implementing effective retail strategies.


Responsibilities include coordinating inventory, driving sales, maintaining store aesthetics, ensuring compliance with policies, and preventing retail losses. The manager will play a key role in fostering a positive shopping experience for our customers and supporting the overall growth of the business.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive store sales and achieve monthly targets.
  • Train, guide and motivate the sales team to improve performance.
  • Monitor daily sales and optimize conversion rates.
  • Oversee overall store operations and customer experience.
  • Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation standards.
  • Handle billing, cash management, and basic reporting.
  • Coordinate inventory, stock movement, and replenishment.
  • Ensure a premium and consistent customer experience.
  • Handle customer queries, feedback, and escalations.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2–5 years of experience in retail sales or store management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Well-groomed and professional, with a strong sense of personal style and ability to represent the brand on the shop floor
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Sales-driven mindset with target oriented-approach.
  • Interest in fashion and retail trends.
  • Ability to manage operations and multitask effectively.


Added Advantage:

  • Prior experience in achieving sales targets and leading a team.
  • Basic understanding of retail metrics and inventory management.
  • Good sense of fashion, including trends, fits, and customer preferences.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ownership mindset.
