Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Retail Store Manager located in the Greater Delhi Area. The Retail Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, lead and motivate the team, and ensure the delivery of excellent customer service. Responsibilities include managing inventory, implementing retail loss prevention strategies, driving sales performance, and maintaining the store's overall appearance and functionality. The role is pivotal in fostering customer satisfaction and achieving operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and building lasting client relationships.
- Experience in Store Management, including handling operations, inventory, and team leadership.
- Strong Communication skills, including the ability to work effectively with team members and customers.
- Understanding of Retail Loss Prevention techniques to safeguard store assets.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work on-site in the Greater Delhi Area.
- Previous experience in retail management, preferably within the fashion or menswear industry, is highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
